Sensei Marek Ociesielski 2018 IKO Nakamura World Champion
Congratulations to Sensei Marek Ociesielski from Chicago IL for winning the World Championship in IKO Nakamura International Friendship Karate Championship Tournament in Tokyo Japan (Masters category). Also, congratulations to him as a new bran-chief of the IKO Nakamura Organization for USA. Osu!
The First Annual IFK Kyokushin Americas Cup Columbus OH
We'll be attending the Arnold's Sports Festival in March. One of the events will be IFK tournament organized by Shihan Mike Monaco. The Expo will last four days and will be extremely eventful gathering lots of movie stars (check out the website: https://www.arnoldsportsfestival.com). Seminar in Netherlands
This is a world IFK seminar organized in Arnhem NL. Good opportunity to meet with European IFK members. :) Also, immediately after the seminar there will be a World Kata Tournament, which I intend to look at.
